Amy Palesch

Amy Palesch focuses her practice on commercial litigation. Prior to joining the Firm in 2010, Amy worked at a large law firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. Her practice there included both commercial litigation and corporate law and involved assisting a wide variety of clients.

Amy graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005, where she was a Peer Writing Tutor for the Penn Writing Center. She graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2008, where she was the Student Works Editor for the South Carolina Law Review, was published in Vol. 58, Book 4 of the South Carolina Law Review, was a Member of the Order of the Coif, and was a Contracts Tutor for the Academic Assistance Program. Amy studied abroad in London in both college and law school
