Kimberly Ward
Kimberly represents large corporations in a variety of business litigation issues, including contract disputes, product defense litigation, real estate and development disputes, and restrictive covenants litigation. Additionally, she has experience handling environmental contamination cases involving property damage and injury.
Kimberly also has significant appellate advocacy experience. She has regularly counseled clients regarding appellate procedure and represented clients before the Ninth, Tenth, and Eleventh Circuits, as well as the Georgia and Alabama appellate courts. Kimberly has served as a judicial clerk in both state and federal court. She clerked for Judge Joel F. Dubina, Circuit Judge, United States Court of Appeal for the Eleventh Circuit, and Justice Champ Lyons, Jr., Associate Justice, Alabama Supreme Court. Prior to joining the firm, Kimberly practiced at a large international law firm.

- Defended national financial institution in multi-plaintiff sub-prime mortgage lending cases.
- Successfully defended major tobacco manufacturer against environmental tobacco smoke claims.
- Successfully represented large Medicare-Medicaid provider before Eleventh Circuit in action challenging provision of Medicaid services under EPSDT statute.
- Represented national meter installation contractor in contract dispute arising from installation of automated meters.
