Ashe, Rafuse & Hill, LLP is a law firm based in Atlanta, Georgia, with a focus on employment, civil rights, and commercial litigation. The formation of Ashe, Rafuse & Hill was primarily driven by the desire to focus on quality client service at a reasonable price for both large and small cases. The partners at ARH found that the current large, national law firm business model is inconsistent with client needs as they relate to both service and cost. ARH recognizes that litigation is often an unanticipated expense to clients that directly affects profitability. As many business clients seek solutions to budgetary pressures from all vendors, ARH is able to work in a creative, less expensive environment and respond to very real and important client financial constraints. ARH is committed to providing outstanding quality legal services more efficiently and at more reasonable rates than are typically associated with national practices.

Prior to forming Ashe, Rafuse & Hill, Lawrence Ashe, Nancy Rafuse and William Hill were partners in a large international law firm of approximately 800 attorneys. Mr. Ashe was the founding partner of that firm's Atlanta office and the East Coast Chair of that firm's Employment Law Department. He also served as the Managing Partner of the firm’s Atlanta office from 1980 until 1990. Nancy was the Chair of the Atlanta Employment Law Department from 2001 until 2003.
