Blake Eno Ashe
Blake represents clients in individual and class actions brought under laws such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Blake also advises clients on compliance with the FLSA and state and federal employment laws associated with corporate reorganizations and reductions-in-force.
Before joining the Firm, Blake clerked for the Honorable Walter E. Johnson, United States Magistrate Judge for the Northern District of Georgia. Blake graduated magna cum laude from the Georgia State University College of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Georgia State University Law Review. As a member of GSU's Moot Court Board, Blake competed on the team that won the 2005 Georgia Intrastate Moot Court Competition.
Blake enjoys volunteering for the Central Outreach and Advocacy Center and traveling to BBQ competitions with her husband Robbie, a Memphis-in-May-certified BBQ judge.
