DeLana Jones

DeLana Jones represents clients in all aspects of employment, civil rights, and public accommodations law, including matters brought pursuant to Titles II and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and Section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act of 1866.

While in law school, DeLana served on the board of the Harvard Black Law Students Association and assisted inmates through the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project and through her summer work at the Southern Center for Human Rights.

Prior to law school, DeLana worked for three years as an Auditor in Arthur Andersen’s St. Louis office.

DeLana is an active member of her local church, and she enjoys going to the movies and the theater.

  • Nationwide defense of employment litigation and arbitration matters.
  • Representation of employers before the EEOC and various state human rights agencies.
  • Representation of employers in litigation relating to employment contracts and non-compete agreements.
  • Representation of companies in litigation relating to alleged denials of civil rights.
