Sandra Kim Park
Sandra Kim Park represents clients in all aspects of employment, civil rights and public accommodations law, including matters brought pursuant to Titles II and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and Section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act of 1866. Sandra has experience representing companies in complex employment litigation matters, including claims of discrimination based on race, gender, national origin, and age, and harassment and retaliation claims under federal and state employment laws.
Sandra also advises clients on compliance with employment laws, including counseling on employer policies and procedures, advice on hiring, promotion, and termination decisions.
Sandra received her Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude, from Emory University in 1997 where she was elected a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She graduated from Harvard Law School in 2002. Sandra is admitted to practice in Georgia and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
Sandra was born in Seoul, South Korea and is conversant in the Korean language. During her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her family.

- Successful defense of restaurant before Florida state administrative agency regarding complaint by customer alleging failure to serve based on race.
- Negotiation of settlements in public accommodations cases.
- Representation of employers in wage and hour actions brought under the FLSA and various state wage and hour laws.
