Rebecca Penar
Rebecca joined Ashe, Rafuse & Hill, LLP in March, 2005, and works in both the litigation and employment divisions. She works on many types of cases ranging from large class actions to single plaintiff cases. She provides all facets of litigation support, including document and database management, witness interviews, case management, and trial preparation. Prior to joining Ashe, Rafuse & Hill, LLP, Rebecca worked for a small law firm handling commercial litigation, catastrophic personal injury, and worker’s compensation matters.
Rebecca regularly attends continuing legal education classes to keep up with the ever-changing legal landscape.
Rebecca volunteers her time in various ways. She assisted with pet rescue efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. She also volunteers with Furkids, Inc., a no-cage cat shelter, and PALS Atlanta. In addition, she is the Vice President of and sings with Oursong, Atlanta’s Gay & Lesbian Chorus.
