Bonnie Puckett

Bonnie handles all types of commercial disputes, including breach of contract cases, corporate disputes, mass tort litigation, and white-collar defense. Recently, Bonnie has focused on Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code in connection with a series of products liability lawsuits against a major manufacturer of building products. Bonnie also advises clients on employment matters under laws such as the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Before joining the firm, Bonnie clerked for the Honorable Beverly B. Martin in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Bonnie graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude, in December, 2006, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Michigan Law Review.

In her spare time, Bonnie rollerblades, speaks Mandarin Chinese, volunteers with the International Rescue Committee, and sings with Octave, a women's a cappella group.
