SUMMER ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
Our summer associate program is our main source of first-year associates. To that end, we plan a multi-faceted program to familiarize our summer associates with life at Ashe, Rafuse & Hill, LLP.
Work Assignments
Summer associates are given substantive research and writing assignments that would be typical of the assignments given to our first-year lawyers. It’s not uncommon for summer associates to assist with writing briefs, drafting demand letters, and preparing motions in limine.
Training Opportunities
The Firm prides itself on the vast array of “on-the-job” training experiences it offers its junior associates. Our summer associates have an opportunity to experience this first hand. Partners regularly invite our summer associates to depositions, mediation, and even mock trial jury research projects for clients.
Social Activities
Our social activities are uniquely tailored to suit our summer associates’ interests and schedules while affording them the maximum opportunity to meet and interact with the associates and partners in less formal settings. In the past, we have attended Atlanta Braves’ games, played whirly ball, attended concerts, and gone bowling, to name a few.
