Justin Scott

Justin represents clients in state and federal courts in individual and class actions brought under Titles II and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, as well as related state and federal law causes of action. Justin also handles all types of commercial disputes as a member of the Firm's general litigation group.

Justin graduated, with honors, from Emory University School of Law in 2007. While at Emory, Justin was a member of the Emory University Mock Trial team, competing in tournaments as counsel.

Justin enjoys basketball and golf, regularly attends Braves games, and reads as many novels as time permits.
